Borago officinalis Known in our family as the cucumber flower. Our kids love to pick the pretty blue flowers and tender young leaves and sprinkle them into our salads. Well known for being very high in minerals. Makes a great addition to the compost heap. If you are a bee keeper then this is one to plant for a good honey crop. Companion plants: Strawberries, tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce. Approx. 50 seeds
