However to get all the juice you will need to mechanise in some way. Children love eating the stems like sugarcane. Sorghum Stunning popping sorghum, exactly like you would pop normal popcorn. Sorghum can be popped in the same ways as normal popcorn and the only thing you need to know is, make sure the kernels are cleaned of any chaff and plant matter. Otherwise it's as simple as normal corn. Any up-popped kernels are edible and the cool thing is sorghum has twice the fibre of regular popcorn.
