Brassica chinensis Pak Choi is a fast-growing Chinese-type cabbage. The leaves are deep-green and the stem a distinctive white. This variety is a popular micro-green that can easily be grown in pots / containers. Prefers a temperate climate and can be planted all year round. Pak Choi loves a sunny spot and can be harvested approximately 6-8 weeks after sowing. Grows best in well-drained loamy soil with a pH of between 6.5 and 7.0. Water regularly.
