Brassica rapa var perviridis

This variety is also known as mustard spinach even though it is not related to spinach at all.

A very hardy Asian leaf that can be harvested in 40 days and used in salads and stir-fries. the flavour is a mixture of mustard and cabbage.

The plants and leaves tolerate both hot and cold temperatures, however in extreme heat the plant will bolt.
